You don't quit food you love!
Reconnect with food & enjoyable movement
Heal your relationship with your body

Join Jodie & Zoe for a full day workshop
Learn a different, much more relaxed and sustainable approach to health

Rediscover the joy of eating and being active without fear or guilt

Are you tired of:

• being told to quit foods you love?

• feeling confused about what healthy eating looks like?

• forcing yourself to do exercise you hate?

• obsessing about your body?

• feeling like ‘healthy living’ is leaving you more drained than vibrant?

Much of the Western world has gone food & fitness mad and increasingly, there is a fixation with our physical appearance which is causing much distress with how we feel about ourselves. We’re bombarded with messages that promote restriction, extremes, fear and the shaming of others.

It’s no wonder we’re confused about what to do for our health, and feel terrible when we can’t sustain the extreme advice we’ve been given!

This full day workshop will help you to:

Reconnect with the pleasure of eating

Begin your journey to becoming an intuitive eater. Learn tools to start reconnecting with your body’s internal cues of hunger and fullness.

Regain trust in your body to tell you what, when and how much to eat, rather than following prescriptive diets or meal plans.

You’ll learn there are no good or bad foods and discover the mindful enjoyment of all foods for both nourishment and pleasure.

Enjoy being active

Explore your relationship with exercise, and learn how to listen to your body.

Let go of feeling anxious or guilty about rest days, and stop feeling compelled to do exercise you dislike.

You’ll learn that there’s no ultimate exercise program, and instead how you can find the ‘best’ movement for your body that will leave you feeling fantastic.

Feel good in the body you have now

Make peace with your body, and know that you don’t have to love every part of your body, every day, in order to be body positive.

Explore what you’re really looking for when you strive to change your body.

Discover that your size does not dictate your health, and explore a new way to look at eating and exercise that’s not driven by your appearance.

Join us for a full day workshop to discover a relaxed and sustainable approach to health to get more out of life!

Leave feeling liberated and empowered to care for your body.
