Christmas Buffet (inside restaurant from 12pm to 3pm)

Cold Cuts

• Gin-cured Atlantic salmon
• Selection of cured meats
• Honey and mustard glazed ham, with pineapple

Hot Selection

• Roast beef rump
• Roast turkey
• Roast sucking pig
• Wood grilled local reef fish

Sides / Salads / all the Trimmings

• Selection of salads & vegetable crudités
• Potato Dauphinoise
• Honey glazed root vegetables
• Freshly baked house bread
• Selection of sauces

Desserts - selection of Christmas treats

$159 per adult, includes: a glass of sparkling or beer on arrival, buffet & soft drinks
$80 per child (5 – 12 years), includes: Buffet & soft drinks (children 4 & under are free)

Menu is subject to change at the discretion of the Chef & Wharf One Food & Wine management.  

To reserve a table, we do require full payment at the time of booking. No tentative bookings will be held without this payment. In the event of a cancellation, we require a minimum of ten (10) days notice to issue a full refund of the ticketed price. If your reservation is cancelled with nine (9) days or less notice, we must be able to resell the table in full to issue a full refund.  No refund is available if you cancel on or after the 21st December.
